En "journal manager" er en teknisk rolle. Som forklart i OJS 3-veiledningen (https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/en/users-and-roles#managing-users), "Journal Managers have access to the entire Editorial Workflow, as well as all other journal settings". Og så forklart mer detaljert i 3.1-veiledningen (https://openjournalsystems.com/ojs-3-user-guide/roles/), det er "a step below the Site Administrator, allows complete access to the sections of OJS 3 covered in this wiki, including the ability to change the submission process, website appearance, workflow settings, manage users and roles, and assign tasks to all other roles".
Så et ord som fokuserer mer på "manager"-biten og teknisk ansvar kunne vært mer passende. "Redaksjonsleder" høres altfor faglig ut, synes jeg.
