As well, it may be worth noting that this journal's open source publishing system is suitable for libraries to host for their faculty members to use with Conference Proceedings Seriess they are involved in editing (see <a href="http://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs">Open Conference Proceedings Series Systems</a>).
